Shipping and Returns Policy

All pricing on our website is in Australian dollars and includes 10% GST.  We accept payment via Paypal or Afterpay.

We will endeavour to process your order within 48 hours of payment being cleared

When ordering please ensure that you provide the correct postal details as once hampers leave our premises we are unable to redirect them.  In the event of an incorrectly entered address The Gifting Emporium is not responsible for issuing a replacement hamper. 

Gift hampers are sent via Australia Post or Sendle and as such we cannot guarantee when your hamper will arrive to the recipient.  The Gifting Emporium is not responsible for gift hampers that are not received due to postal issues.

We offer free postage Australia wide on our hampers.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

If there is any problem with your gift hamper upon arrival please contact us immediately at hello@thegiftingemporium.com.au describing in as much detail as possible what the problem is. Having photos of the issue would also be a great help.
